First call
We will talk about how GPA works in the long run, their mutual expectations and give cues on how to find a good Nurturer if it hasn’t been found yet.
If the participant has already learned some of the language, the coach will provide a native speaker of the target language to perform some activities making an assessment to find out the level in which the participant is at making this level the starting point to customize their sessions.
Phase 1
Explain the principles behind GPA, train the nurturer in patience and politeness. Explain the Phase 1 activity plan and how organize better for a successful class.
Phase 2
We will show the main activities for this phase and the extra activities that can be perform. A list of grammar points that can be address during this face will be provided
Phase 3
Ideally a change in Nurturer is suggested for this phase. If a new nurturer is presented, the coach will explain the principles behind the GPA and give a list of books that can be used during this phase. The main activities will be explained and what extra activities can be done. A list of grammar to see in this phase is also provided.
